Christine is a miracle worker! After a long 7 months of sleep deprivation I knew something had to change. Approaching Christine at Happy Sleepers was one of the best decisions I've made. My 13 month old was waking up every 45mins through the night ever since she was 3 months old. We had sleep training with Christine about a month ago. Our life has dramatically changed!!
We were going through a 4 months regression. Every night, after I fed our baby to sleep, she woke up minutes after I put her in the bassinet.

In addition, she always needed to be cuddled (in the carrier) to nap during the day. This was her thing since a few weeks of birth. Cuddling her all day long and not getting much sleep at night for about a month was quite difficult.
We were truly exhausted, and so did our daughter - she always seemed tired and grumpy towards the end of the day.

It was the best decision to do the training with Christine! Now she sleeps in the cot every single nap and bedtime. She does cry a bit before she goes to sleep but way less than I thought and not all the time.
It's such a great feeling that I can actually do other things during the day and at night. Thank you Christine!!

Hi, I’m Christine — ICU/ED Nurse, Midwife, Qualified Sleep Specialist, Author and mum to 14-year-old twins, Anthony and Emma. They are the reason I started Happy Sleepers.

When my twins were babies, our family was exhausted. We were surviving on broken sleep, overwhelmed and honestly just trying to get through each day. I know what it feels like to be desperate for sleep and not know what to try anymore.

That experience is what sparked my passion for helping exhausted families create healthy sleep habits and finally get the rest they need.

Since starting Happy Sleepers in 2015, I’ve helped more than 2000 babies and toddlers learn to sleep well, with a 98% success rate. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how life-changing good sleep can be for both babies and parents.
